Dr. Nicola Z Gore
BDS MCLINDENT (PROSTHODONTICS – LONDON) MJDF RCS PGCERT MEDICAL/DENTAL EDUCATION
VT trainer (London Dental foundation trainer at Northwick Park) Specialist adviser to CQC
GDC: 69866
I qualified from Guy’s and St. Thomas’s Dental Hospital in 1993. I take pride in keeping up to date with the latest advances in technology in the field of dentistry by being a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) and British Society of Prosthetic Dentistry. Since qualifying, I have worked in general practice both in the UK and Australia as well as held various Senior house officer posts in hospitals in the UK. In the year 2000, I completed a two-year full-time Masters degree program in Clinical Dentistry from The University of London in fixed and removable Prosthodontics & implants. Within dentistry, I take my role in helping young dentists very seriously and this has kept me going as a dental foundation trainer for young graduates since 2004.
Our private practice in Totteridge – Whetstone – Finchley was established from a squat in 2009. We pride ourselves in having a forward-thinking practice.
I enjoy connecting and engaging with people whether through socialising or through social media and my Instagram page (Dentalcosmeticss). My YouTube Channel has had a good start and I am focusing it more around teaching and supporting younger dentists and also my own patients with different dental treatments and testimonials.
I have completed a one-year program in Implant placement (MEGAGEN) and cosmetic course by Chris Orr. I have been an Invisalign-Go provider since 2017. My major interests are Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, and Facial Rejuvenation. I continuously keep up to date on new developments in dentistry by attending regular external courses and seminars. I am an interview panel member for dental foundation trainees.
I pride myself in supporting the young generation dentists and am very open to them observing me at work and training them on good communication skills, treatment planning and providing sound dentistry.
In December 2018 me and my husband Matt Sayar provided dental relief to refugees in Lesvos Island Greece as part of Health point foundation charity trust. This was both very rewarding and eye-opening.
I enjoy skiing and cycling. Weekends I love spending time with my family, friends and my yorkie, Richie. I have a passion for reading and enjoy listening to Jazz music.

Mr Sayar qualified at The Royal London Hospital as a Dental Hygiene/Therapist. His specific area of interest is the treatment of gum diseases and promoting preventative dentistry.
He has exceptional clinical skills and a quiet friendly manner, enabling him to provide dental hygiene treatments for children, adults and in particular those patients who suffer from anxiety during dental visits.
He achieved a Masters degree from The University of London in Computer Science and Psychology. His utmost passion remains working as a professional in the dental field.
He is joint partner with his wife Dr Nicola Gore at the Totteridge Dental Studio. Their aim is to provide high standard of oral health and prevention of oral diseases.

He always puts his patient’s best interests first and ensures they feel at ease during their appointment.
As a general practitioner, his interests lie in endodontics (root canal treatment) and minimally invasive procedures such as onlays. As a philosophy of practice, Zoh aims to preserve the intact tooth structure as much as possible, whilst restoring its function and strength using the latest materials and protocols. He utilises our state of the art 3D digital scanner regularly, preventing the use of conventional impressions where possible. He also enjoys documenting his patients’ progress photographically, letting them be part of their treatment’s journey.
In his spare time, Zoh thoroughly enjoys photography and videography and has produced many adverts in the field of dentistry.
