Dr Nicola Gore qualified from Guy’s and St. Thomas’s Dental Hospital in 1993. She is a Professional member of the British Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, British Society of Prosthetic Dentistry and registered on the dental board in Queensland, Australia. Since qualifying she has worked in general practice and various hospitals, gaining vast experience in all aspects of dentistry.
She has a Masters degree in Clinical Dentistry from The University of London in fixed and removable Prosthodontics and has trained many newly qualified dental graduates. Her major interests are Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, and Facial Rejuvenation. Dr Gore continuously keeps up-to-date on new developments in dentistry by attending regular external courses and seminars. She has been awarded the certificate for Placing Implants by Straumann Implant Swiss.
She is certified to provide facial rejuvenation, wrinkle reduction and dermal fillers. Her hobbies are playing golf, travelling, and outdoor sports. Dentistry is her priority, however, as a mother her priorities are spending time with her husband and her two daughters to make sure they excel in their social and academic life.
Nicola has successfully established and run Dental Practices in the past years.

Mr Sayar qualified at The Royal London Hospital as a Dental Hygiene/Therapist. His specific area of interest is the treatment of gum diseases and promoting preventative dentistry.
He has exceptional clinical skills and a quiet friendly manner, enabling him to provide dental hygiene treatments for children, adults and in particular those patients who suffer from anxiety during dental visits.
He achieved a Masters degree from The University of London in Computer Science and Psychology. His utmost passion remains working as a professional in the dental field.
He is joint partner with his wife Dr Nicola Gore at the Totteridge Dental Studio. Their aim is to provide high standard of oral health and prevention of oral diseases.

Totteridge Dental Studio and Implant Centre is pleased to announce that it has recently been joined by Dr Zaki Kanaan, a highly experienced and respected provider of all aspects of implant treatment.
His main interests lie in all aspects of Cosmetic Dentistry with a special interest in Dental Implant Treatment, where he has achieved a Masters Degree from Kings College in 2001. After graduating from Guy’s Hospital, London, in 1996, he has embarked upon a career pathway leading to him gaining a Diploma in Sedation, a Diploma in Hypnosis, and most recently he has become a Licenciate of the Faculty of Homeopathy, allowing him to treat clients as comfortably and holistically as possible.
Zaki is currently the Vice President of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the largest cosmetic organisation in the UK. He is also a member of the Association of Dental Implantology and is a highly regarded implant surgeon, routinely mentoring colleagues during their implant training. He strongly believes in Continuing Professional Development and lectures on all aspects of cosmetic and implant dentistry. He is also an editorial consultant for The International Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry and was an editorial consultant for Dental Implant Summaries, both widely distributed international dental journals.
Zaki utilises all the latest techniques for implants in the smile zone, including immediate placement and restoration, simultaneous bone grafting, socket preservation, sinus, chin and ramus grafts as well as the All-On-4 technique and full mouth reconstruction.

Nazan graduated as a dentist with double honours from Guy’s Hospital (GKT Dental Institute) in 2001. Subsequently, she held hospital appointments at Guy’s, Great Ormond Street Hospital and UCLH.
In 2007, she completed specialist training in Orthodontics at UCL Eastman Dental Institute and was awarded a Masters degree and Royal College Membership in Orthodontics. As a senior trainee at King’s College Hospitals she gained the Fellowship in Orthodontics and has received several awards including from the British and European Orthodontic Society and Craniofacial Society.
She has maintained London-based specialist practice for several years and provides modern aesthetic brace systems, including hidden lingual braces to transform the smile of her patients.
She has wide clinical experience with a main interest in multidisciplinary work (periodontal, restorative, orthognathic), diagnosis of facial growth problems in children and adults and care for patients with cleft lip and palate.
She is a Consultant Orthodontist at the Maxillofacial Centre at Luton and Dunstable Hospital, lectures regularly and is an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of England. She also holds a Locum Consultant position at Guy’s Hospital.
Dr Jose Navarro attended Gordonstoun School in Scotland before returning to Madrid to study for his dental qualification. Following this, he completed a three-year postgraduate in implant dentistry and periodontology at the New York College of Dentistry. He remained here for the next two years, achieving a Master of Science degree for his research into high strength ceramics. He also taught implant dentistry in the Aesthetics department.
Jose has been given awards for his research by several societies, such as the American Academy Osseointegration award for best presentation in 2007 and the European Academy of Esthetic Dental Research Award in 2011. Throughout his career, Jose has been heavily involved in the academic world, having co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. He also co-edited a book entitled “High Street Ceramics”.
Having devoted much of his clinical time to immediate dental implant treatments such as All-on-4 and Teeth in a Day, Jose is an experienced implant dentist. In addition, he places conventional dental implants and uses guided surgery, where treatment is planned using advanced software and CT scans to reduce the amount of surgery and in many cases improve healing times.
As well as his work with implants, Jose is also a Digital Smile Design (DSD) Key Opinion Leader and Instructor. He collaborates closely with the founder of the DSD concept, Christian Coachman. The procedure enables a visualisation of a person’s smile design, better treatment planning and a totally digital workflow, cutting the amount of time spent in the dental chair.
Jose has lectured both nationally and internationally throughout Asia, Europe and North and South America and is an invited lecturer at a number of universities. Through this medium he shares his experience and knowledge with tomorrow’s implant surgeons.
Katie qualified from the University of Manchester in 2005, and was top in her year for operative dentistry, winning the Kavo prize for clinical skills. She went on to work as a Senior House Officer in the Oral and Maxillofacial surgical department of Kings' College Hospital and Guy's hospital, where she gained extensive experience in Oral Surgery and managing patients with facial trauma.
She currently works as a Clinical Teacher at Guy's hospital in Acute Dental Care, where she teaches and supervises the final year dental students. She has a wide range of clinical experience, and also undertakes facial rejuvenation, including lip enhancement and anti wrinkle treatments.
Having two young children of her own, Katie really enjoys treating children and educating them on oral health and hygiene. She has a caring and gentle manner and works well with anxious and nervous patients.
Working in a large teaching hospital enables Katie to keep up to date with the latest concepts and techniques in modern dentistry.
Outside of dentistry, Katie has a busy life with her husband and young children . She enjoys tennis, cooking and cake decorating.
Business and Account Manager
Jane has been with Totteridge Dental Studio from the very beginning in 2009! Having worked in the West End for 15 years as a Management Accountant she now works part time with the Totteridge Dental team.
Her key role in the company is that of Management Accountant, but she is also found front of house on Reception.
Jane is involved in the smooth running of the business, patient satisfaction, marketing and oversees day to day staff affairs.
Jane is passionate about driving both the Practice and the team forward, promoting our belief that all patients are entitled to receive a wide range of quality, safe and consistent treatments at affordable prices.
Jane enjoys a busy life outside the practice, with her husband and two children.
Senior Dental Nurse
Dania started at Totteridge Dental Practice in 2012 as a trainee dental nurse under the supervision of Dr Gore.
Having qualified in February 2015 Dania has excelled in all aspects of Dentistry and nursing discipline. She has furthered her interest in dental treatments including an extended knowledge of Implant and Orthodontic nursing, Radiography, Fluoride application, and Oral hygiene promotion.
Dania has attended several leadership courses in the past few years, and has taken on the role of CQC Compliance & Cross Infection Lead within the Practice.
When away from her clinical duties, Dania is also involved in the day to day business running of the practice and assisting the Practice Manager.
Outside of work Dania is busy with family life and her daughter.
